I’m a full-timer…. newbie. What does that mean? Well in the RV world, it means I live and travel full time in my motorhome. It’s a lifestyle and it’s a big world. Just like Zoomba has followers in every city, there are full time RVers all over the US exploring, working, moving around as they want.
There are families, couples, singles and many cats and dogs among other critters I’m sure. There are many, many blogs, forums, clubs that all have a focus. If you want to fix something, just look it up online and you can find a YouTube video to show you how to do it.
There are many ways to live in an RV. I have a C-class motorhome, it’s the kind where there is a cab over the driving area. The A-class is a bus style with a big windshield. B-class is van type. Trailers hook up with a hitch, fifth wheels hook up in the middle of the back of a pickup truck. Everyone has a preference of what fits for them. There are many tent style trailers that even a motorcycle can pull.
Even if you are a part timer, there are resources that you need to help you plan a fabulous trip. So here are some of my favorite places to find those.
For Campsite Reviews, these two are my favorite and I post to them both. Check these before you book anything. RV Park Reviews Campendium For great park reviews that are dog friendly, keep on coming back right here at Tails from the Road.
Weather forecasting try these: Wunderground Windmapper
Need some technology advice to stay connected on the road? I’ve got you the best place for that. They have a book that I highly recommend. RV Mobile Internet
